West Shore Farmers' Market
The West Shore Farmer's Market has reopened in its brand-new building between State and Market streets in Lemoyne after the Feb. 1, 1999 fire that destroyed its original building on the same site. Vendors include sellers of meat, vegetables, fruit, baked goods, flowers and more.
The new structure has two levels with 30,000 square feet of sales space on each level. A wide stairway and an elevator provide access to the upper level. The upper level shops open onto a hallway which overlooks the market vendors on the first floor. Glass insets in the railing wall allow children to safely view the first floor.
